Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information ScaleForgeX collects, why we collect it, how we protect it and the choices you have.
Who we are
ScaleForgeX (“ScaleForgeX”, “we”, “us”) is a sister concern of Post Uploader LLC, 75 E 3rd St, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. We build GoHighLevel, n8n and Voice AI automation systems for businesses. If you have any question about this policy, email info@scaleforgex.com or call +1 (307) 310-2432.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you book a call, email us, request a proposal or become a client, we collect details such as your name, email address, phone number, company name and the information you share about your business, tools and goals.
Project access. To deliver a project you may give us access to your accounts (for example GoHighLevel, n8n, a CRM, calendars or telephony providers). We use that access only to do the work you asked for.
Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
Technical information. When you visit our website, our hosting provider and our security firewall automatically log technical data such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and the date and time of the request. This is used to keep the website secure and working.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use only what the website needs to work and stay secure. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. If you switch between dark and light mode, your choice is saved in your own browser (local storage) so the site remembers it next time; it is never sent to us. See our Cookie Policy for details.
How we use information
- To reply to your enquiries and run your free audit call.
- To prepare proposals, deliver our services and provide post-delivery support.
- To send invoices and process payments.
- To keep our website and systems secure and prevent fraud or abuse.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
Legal bases (EEA and UK visitors)
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on: performing a contract with you or taking steps at your request before a contract; our legitimate interests in running and securing our business; compliance with legal obligations; and your consent where we ask for it (you can withdraw consent at any time).
Who we share information with
We share information only with service providers that help us run our business, and only as far as needed:
- Payment processing (Stripe).
- Website hosting, security and email providers.
- The platforms we build on for your project (for example HighLevel, n8n or voice and telephony providers), when the work requires it.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or users, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition.
International transfers
We are based in the United States and our providers may process information in other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep information
We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond and follow up, client and billing records for as long as required by law (usually up to seven years), and security logs for a limited period. When you hand a project over to us, we remove or return account access when the project and support period end, or earlier if you ask.
How we protect information
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), a web application firewall, access limited to the people who need it and strong authentication on the tools we use. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. California residents have the right to know, delete and correct personal information and not to be discriminated against for using these rights. To make a request, email info@scaleforgex.com. We will respond within the time required by law and may need to verify your identity. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
Our website and services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed. Significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
