Terms of Service
These terms apply when you use our website or buy services from ScaleForgeX. Please read them before you place an order.
Agreement
By using scaleforgex.com or buying our services you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy. “ScaleForgeX”, “we” and “us” mean ScaleForgeX, a sister concern of Post Uploader LLC, 75 E 3rd St, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. “You” means the person or business using the website or buying services.
Our services
We design, build and connect automation systems, including GoHighLevel setup, n8n workflow automation and Voice AI call handling. What is included in your project is set out in the package you choose on our pricing section or in a written proposal we send you. If the two differ, the written proposal applies.
The free 15-minute audit call is offered without obligation.
Prices and payment
- Prices are in US dollars and are one-time setup fees unless your proposal says otherwise.
- Payment is made through Stripe and is due before work starts, unless we agree a different schedule in writing.
- Any applicable taxes are added where required.
- Subscriptions and usage costs for third-party platforms (for example your GoHighLevel plan, n8n hosting, phone numbers, call minutes, SMS or AI usage) are paid by you directly to those providers, unless your proposal says otherwise.
Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate information and the account access we need, on time.
- Keep your own accounts, subscriptions and payment methods active.
- Review our work when we deliver it and tell us about any problem.
- Make sure your use of the systems we build is lawful. This includes getting any consent required before you send marketing messages, texts or emails, or place or record calls (for example under the TCPA, CAN-SPAM, A2P 10DLC registration rules, GDPR or local call-recording laws), and telling callers when they are speaking with an AI agent where the law requires it.
Delivery, changes and support
We will tell you the expected timeline on your audit call or in your proposal. Timelines depend on you providing access and feedback on time. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before we start it. Each package includes the post-delivery support period shown on the pricing section (for example 7 or 30 days), during which we fix problems in the work we delivered.
Third-party platforms
Our work runs on platforms we do not own or control, such as HighLevel, n8n, CRMs, telephony and AI providers. We are not responsible for their outages, changes to their features, pricing or rules, or the loss of data inside them. GoHighLevel, HighLevel, n8n, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zapier, Make and other names are trademarks of their owners. ScaleForgeX is an independent service provider and is not affiliated with or endorsed by them, unless we say so explicitly.
Ownership
Once you have paid in full, you own the workflows, pipelines, scripts and configurations we build specifically for you. We keep ownership of our own tools, templates, methods and know-how that existed before your project or that are not specific to you, and we may reuse general, non-confidential techniques in other work.
Confidentiality
We keep your business information, data and account access confidential and use them only to deliver your project. You agree not to share our proposals and pricing with third parties for the purpose of copying them.
Warranties and limitation of liability
We provide our services with reasonable skill and care. Except as stated in these terms, the website and services are provided “as is”, and we do not promise any specific business result, such as a number of leads, calls or sales.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost data or business interruption, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service that the claim relates to.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your unlawful use of the systems we build for you, including messages or calls sent without the required consent.
Ending the work
Either side may end a project by written notice if the other side seriously breaks these terms and does not fix it within 14 days. Refunds, if any, follow our Refund Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Wyoming, unless the law of your country gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
